Due to the importance of the issue of the Data Protection at both national and international level, especially with the entry into force of the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Bufete Escura has prepared an article in order to inform about the amendments introduced by this Regulation which is generating a series of changes in the data processing system.
